Job Description


Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, and direct the communication and corporate social responsibility activities of the bank. S/he studies and carries out public relation tasks to improve public awareness and understanding of the bank; upon approval from the supervisor, prepares and releases various newsworthy information regarding Bank’s services. The jobholder builds the corporate image to maintain a reputation of quality service and to promote trust and establish confidence with customers and employee. S/he coordinates press conference and public interviews, handles unfavorable news, reports, rumors, stories and events against the bank.

Term of Employment: Permanent
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s salary scale & Benefits package

Qualifications/Skills & Experience:

  • Masters Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Journalism or related fields plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant Experience, of which at least 3 years in supervisory position,

OR

  • BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Journalism plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, of which at least 4 years in supervisory role and Training on Marketing Management is an added advantage.

Education Level : Bachelor’s

Experience : 10-15 years
