Now we are looking for competent Associate Training officer, for immediate vacant filling (hire).

Job Objective:

To prepare company’s employees for their new position, to make sure employees have a firm grasp of their job description, and what the company expects from them and other related HR duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with line managers and human resources departments;
  • Designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organizations and the individual’s needs;
  • Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers;
  • Developing effective induction programs for new staff;
  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration and logistics of the scheduled face-to-face training courses;
  • Ensure effective logistics before and during course implementation including: liaising with the venue, undertaking administrative preparation of course materials in liaison with the trainers, supporting trainers with formatting and branding of materials and ensure the smooth running of all courses;
  • Monitor and report the implementation of the code of conduct by all employees in accordance with the organization’s procedures;
  • To supervise the dressing Code of the company be practical or not and reporting to the line manager for corrective action;
  • conducting appraisals;
  • Organize training events by scheduling travel arrangements, making lodging arrangements, and scheduling conference and training room time for various training events.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
  • Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
  • Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
  • Handles staff exit management and related activities, ensures exit interview is completed by departing staff;
  • Maintaining all training records;
  • Monitor training results and statistics;
  • Conduct meeting of the program assistants periodically to review their performance and address gaps if any.
  • Performs other duties as required.
