Position: Manager, Life Insurance Division

Qualifications/Skills
Educational Qualification:
• Hold a minimum of first Degree from a recognized higher learning institution and preferably have a diploma in insurance from the chartered insurance institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA)

Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, out of which at least 2 years as Senior Professional Position

Key Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of life insurance business
• Thorough knowledge of life insurance code & regulations
• Excellent knowledge and practice of monitoring & evaluation
• Good knowledge of business insurance policies and procedures of the company
• Ability to undertake a risk assessment and prepare policy documents
• Analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
