A Well reputed Paints Company in Bishoftu, is looking for : HR Manager

Job Requirements

Education qualifications:

  • MBA or BA in Human Resource Department  & related fields
  • Minimum of Diploma or level 4 certificate in salesmanship

Job Description and Competence required:

  • Able to manage team and company staff.
  • Good Communication skill in English and local language(oral and written)
  • Able to argue, convince and lead a negotiation for company benefit.
  • Able to mobilize external law authorities.
  • Should have thorough knowledge of law relates to company as well as government laws affects the company.
  • Able to maintain time and work discipline of staffs.
  • Related Experience required Min 2 Years.
