Job Description

Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport would like to announce the following open position.

Job Requirements

Requirement Qualifications:

  • Degree from accredited University, preferably in Sales & Marketing/Marketing Management/ Business Management.
  • Minimum of four years’ experience as a sales manager or above in a four- or five-star hotel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Computer literate
  • Specific know-how on opera application is preferable

Competencies required:

  •  Experience in dealing with government and non-government organizations regarding sales
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Well organized, ability to lead and manage a team
  • Experience in managing a team and Ability to negotiate and influence
  • A good team player
  • Self-starter and Punctual
